We use both classes and divisions in QBOnline, and I have found the class table and the fields in the perspective tables that relate to it.  However I don't see any division fields and no table for the divisions that we use.  Please help - this is a primary reason we purchased QODBC.

There is no DIVISION field. Try looking at:

Select * from InvoiceLines where TxnDate > {d'2006-06-30'}

using QODBC to see if there are any differences between your DIVISION invoices and let me know.  It most likely is the SalesRep (SalesRepRefFullName), try that. Thanks.

From all the fields I can see there is no difference that would relate to division.  However Division is an option that you can turn on/off in QBOnline.

How do you get data from QB?  If it's XML, make sure you have that option turned on in QBOnline and I'll bet you find that there are new XML fields which you would then need to relate through the driver.  Also there would obviously be a new table after you turn that feature on - Divisions.

I tried to look up "Division" on Intuit's IDN Forum and it doesn't even find one reference. Sorry, "Divsion" just isn't currently supported by Intuit's qbXML SDK. You will need to stick with Classes.
