Hello,

I am using QODBC version 7 to connect to quickbooks online. The key was just purchased last week but everytime I try to connect (Whether I use the test connection button from QODBC or an ODBC object from Visual Studio) it asks me to activate QODBC. If I put the key in, it tells me that the activation was successful. Immediately after that I get an error:

"FLEXquarters.com LLC QuickBooks ODBC Driver Full Sync has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

After this error QODBC reports that the connection was successful. It does this exact thing everytime. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,

 Perry

Intuit recently upgraded the major version number for QBOE from 14 to 18. Using our standard calculations, version 18 for us equates to QuickBooks 2009. QODBC Version 7 for QuickBooks 2007 doesn't work with QuickBooks 2009.

You must update QODBC to release 7.1.0.230 or higher. See: How can I get the latest version of QODBC?

Note: In order to use this version of QODBC you must have an current QODBC registration code version 7 (a R07... or W07... serial number) or higher.
