Installed trial version but unable to use. Says 30 day evaluation has expired immediately upon installation. Have removed and re-installed after re-downloading numerous times.

If QODBC has been installed on your computer before, downloading another copy of QODBC and installing it doesn't give you another 30 day trial.

Once the 30 day evaluation period expires you will need to purchase a QODBC license in order to continue using the product or you may request an additonal 30 day evaluation registration code by paying for a Support Incident (charges apply). Please be sure to state clearly which country version of QuickBooks you are using, ie: USA, Canada, UK, or Australia.

I downloaded it, installed it and tried using it all in the same day and received the message that the 30 day trial had expired. I had never loaded or used it prior.

Thanks

Mike

If you changed your system date, for example moved it ahead 30+ days, or your system date was wrong when you first installed QODBC and have now corrected it, it's possible that you might have inevitably expired your trial period.

Actually that wasn't the case either. I take it there is no resolution for this on the system I was going to try testing it on then?

Actually we have had thousands of users use our QODBC 30 day trail without problems. Other than the reasons above, the only other thing that gets overlooked is that you need to register your trial or full copy of QuickBooks before you can use QODBC.
