I have to start out by saying, the instructions/users manual for this program are not very good. Upon initially installing QIntegrator the instructions said to be sure to start QuickBoks first and open the company file before starting QIntegrator. Did that, and spent an hour cussing and swearing trying to get QIntegrator to connect to Quickbooks. Finally came here and found the same instructions with one ADDITIONAL line of instructions, "you must log onto Quickbooks as an administrator the first time you connect"..
Moving on, my intentions are to be able to (batch) import an excel file containing multiple invoices in Quickboks. I think I understand that each column in the excel file will relate to a field in Quickbooks, and I somehow need to "map" which column is associated with each QB field.
I have a custom application that will export the invoices into an excel file and can configure it as to what info goes into which column of the excel doc. What I don't have, and can not find, is any (understandable) instructions on how to set up QIntegrator to import this excel file into QB.
Any help would be much appreciated. |

You have posted this QIntegrator question in the wrong forum catagory. You will need to use our QIntegrator Custom Template Design Service for us to map the import for you, see http://www.qsupport.com.au/contents/en-us/d7.html for more information on your options. |
