Can I tell if payroll has been run for a specific day? |

I am using an external time card system, then I transfer hours to QuickBooks by inserting records into the QuickBooks TimeTracking tables.
Is it possible to see if QuickBooks has had payroll run on a specific day for the employee? I would like to make time data entries non-editable in my external application if payroll has been run and a paycheck generated. |

So, with a little slide of hand I can find the last payroll date for any particular Employee by doing:
sp_report Top 1 PayrollTransactionsByPayee show TxnType, Date, Name parameters DateMacro = 'ThisYear', EntityFilterFullNameWithChildren= 'Dan T. Miller', IncludeAccounts = 'InUse', ReportDetailLevelFilter = 'SummaryOnly' order by date desc
