Added read only Terms table which is a combination of StandardTerms and DateDrivenTerms. Use sp_columns Terms to get a list of the columns and their attributes.

Upgraded the SSL components of the Remote Connector. It now works correctly with both HTTP and HTTPS. Be sure to use the correct prefix when using the non-SSL and SSL versions and referencing a URL to connect to.
