I have Downloaded The qodbc for server then install in my machine on the first time it worked then second time  I try to run the vb demo It says Evaluation Version Expired Why?

I have done the same thing in two different Computers Same problems why?

I had a older version of qodbc 5.0 I believe was installed in this computer from the previous programmer almost 6 months before which does not work with quick book 07/08 ...

So does it means that I cannot check the software before purchasing?

The 30 day evaluation is a ONE OFF evaluation. Once the 30 day evaluation period has expired it can't be reinstated by downloading a newer version of QODBC. Likewise when you install a later version of QODBC, over a older version of QODBC, the driver will continue to work with the version of QuickBooks it was originally licensed for. For example if you have a QODBC v5 license and download QODBC v7, QODBC will still continue to work with QuickBooks 2005/06 but you will still need to buy a new CD Key for QuickBooks 2007/08.

I had uninstall that older version from my computer before installing the new version i have done that on the both machines do are you tying to tell me that you can install that qodbc once in life time of a machine ? There is no way I can try a new version? If it is so I will say this is a big Bug and some body should repair it right?

By the way we already have quick book 07/08 in my computer installed and we have already purchased that software

QODBC v7.10.00.231 will however work with the sample company files that come with QuickBooks 2007/08, even if it has expired, you just can't access your own company files until you purchase a CD Key.
