I am using an append query to append rows into the InvoiceLine table.  It works okay until I try to add the CustomField InvoiceLine Other1 field into the query.  I would like to include the serial# of each line item being billed by putting it in the CustomField Invoice Line Other1 field but I am not being allowed.  When I look at the data layout of this table this field is listed twice, once saying it can be inserted and one saying it can't.  I am just trying to get the serial# to print out on the invoice for the customer.  If there is a different field or way to do so, please let me know.

Thanks,

B&R

Both CustomFieldInvoiceLineOther1 and CustomFieldInvoiceLineOther2 are query only columns using QODBC (due to limitations by Intuit) unless you are using the USA version of QuickBooks 2007 or 2008 or now Canadian, UK and Australian versions of QuickBooks 2008 (or 2008/09 as it is called in Australia).
