Hello everybody,
we are trying to move our FlexODBC installation to another machine and are therefore
attempting to deactivate it on the old machine. But neither the automatic nor the manual
way of deactivating is working.
The error message we keep getting is:
Activation not on file for CDKey: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx (ManualDeactivate - 0)
If we try to activate our license on another machine, it says that the autorized
Quantity of our CDKey has been exhausted.
Can anybody help ?

A error message such as, "Activation not on file for CDKey: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx" means that there isn't a current activation on file for the SoftwareID of the computer you are trying to deactivate. You can only deactivate active FlexODBC license seats.
