I have downloaded and installed the QODBC for QB POS.  I am using QBPOS version 6.  I have encountered two problems.

The first is the Message Box for "Searching for available servers. Please wait..." stops scrolling across the box unles the mouse is being moved.  If the mouse is not moved, the control freezes until the server is found AND the mouse is moved.

The second is a fatal error AFTER the program runs successfully.  When the program (WebLoader) is closed, the application dies with a message "WebLoader - Microsoft Visual Basic [design]: VB6.EXE - Application error".  The info is "The instruction at "0x00000000" referenced at "0x00000000".  The memory could not ge "read". "

I hope this is the correct forum to post this question.  I searched the forum and found a few referenced to QODBC for POS but they seem to be over a year old.  Has this ever been released or is it still in Beta?

The same basic code is used with a Pervasive SQL ODBC link without any problem.

Thanks for any and all suggestions.

QODBC for QuickBooks POS Driver is still in beta and is now out of date because it only supports QuickBooks Point Of Sale 4.0 . The product requires the later versions of the Intuit's SDK to be relinked. I don't have a timetable on when this will be done.
