Can I bypass or automate the authorization process when an application first connects to QuickBooks? |

No! Please review the first-time setup operations for QODBC. QuickBooks must be setup to recognise the security of an application before it can provide data to it. Once QODBC has been setup for each company file, QuickBooks will no longer ask for security.
Intuit have designed QuickBooks this way so user's could determine which applications had access or not to their accounting data and it cannot be automated. |
