I am new to your products, I have a client who has 5 companies on quickbooks.
I am signing onto each company and optimizing but I am using the sames DSN source. How does the system know which file to use? It is based upon which company file that is opened? The client has people in all of the companies at once.

QuickBooks only supports one company file opened at the one time. You are using the QuickBooks Data DNS which means QODBC will talk to whatever company file is open in QuickBooks on the desktop you are using at the time. The optimized file will be in the name of company file name, so as long as all companies have different names, no problems. |
