After upgrading to v7 I have one integrated periphial with permissions in Quickbooks, after running the query a few times times it  errors out due to not having permissions.  Once I add permissions again, it generates another integrated perihpial,  then it will not run with two Flexquarter periphials loaded.

As you connect different front ends, it's not unusual to be re-asked to allow the connection and to have many instances of FLEXquarters QODBC in your Integrated Applications Company Preferences for MS Access, Excel, Query, Crystal Reports etc. I currently have three and all is working fine here:
