View Table for GL |

May I suggest creating a view table that recreates a detailed general ledger in much the same way as the Sales view table. Of course currently this could be achieved by using a sp_report, though because it takes an increadably long time to produce these reports, a view table for the GL would be much better.
Thanks for your consideration |

Support for Views are under consideration for QODBC v7. The main problem with General Ledger in QuickBooks is that, unlike most other accounting systems, there's no General Ledger Transaction Table to actually use. QuickBooks works by actually storing the Account info in all the sub-ledgers instead. For now, you will need to use the sp_reports for Balance Sheet and P&L info. |
