Querried all possible Bill tables returned blank records. Querried : 1. ItemReceipt tables produced the 2 bills 2. ItemReceiptItemLine produced the bill with items 3. ItemReceiptExpenseLine produced bill with expenses
Below is the screen captures of the Bills entries :

I'm suppose to get something from Bill, BillItemLine and BillExpenseLine tables.
Am I suppose to enter my bills into Bill, BillItemLine and BillExpenseLine tables and retrieve the records from ItemReceipt, ItemReceiptLineItem and ItemReceiptExpeseLine tables ?

I myself also not sure where to look for the records. Just that the Item Receipts tables are the tables that contains Bills record that I entered in Quickbooks. Could not find any records in the Bill tables. I just want to know where to look for the Bill data when entered in Quickbooks.

Realize that : 1. Receive Item, Bills follow later will put data in ItemReceipt tables 2. Receive Item and Bill will put data in Bill tables
The difference in the Bill Received checkbox on the Enter Bills form in Quickbooks.
Am I correct ? And got anything to add that can help me understand better ?

I have no idea why you would enter Item Receipts with the Bill Received checkbox received and not just enter the bill in the first place. How you use QuickBooks or QuickBooks Support is not the purpose of this forum.
