DELETED records still appear in MS Access Linked table |

I'm using QB Professional 2006 and QODBC Read/Write Version 6. When a record is deleted from Quickbooks it still appears in the Microsoft Access linked table. i.e; Credit Card Charge accidentally entered 2 times, one was deleted but both still appear when I create a query in Microsoft Access 2003 based on the Credit Card Charges table. Does QB hold onto it's records and mark them deleted somehow? Is this an optimizer issue?
Please help asap. We are trying to work with these reconciliation reports and not having much luck!!! |

Make sure you are using QODBC v6.00.00.176 (or higher), see: How can I get the latest version of QODBC? as earlier builds didn't catch all deletes.
To fix the link table, run:
sp_optimizefullsync CreditCardCharge
using VB Demo.
