I am using server 2003, IIS 6.0, QB Pro 2005 and the Remote connector.

Sometimes when opening a classic asp page with a qodbc connection I receive the error listed below. It appears to happen more often when I have two browsers making connections at the same time. Please advise.

The QODBC optimizer is single user only. Try switching it OFF for the DSN and connections you are using.
