Error 3310 Saving Time Tracking Transaction |

I am receiving the error below when trying import time data into Quickbooks Enterprise 5.0. This has begun happening since 2 new employees were added to QuickBooks. These new employees were added in the same way as all others to the best of our knowledge. We do not issue paychecks through QuickBooks so the time data checkbox is unchecked on all employees. Anyone with an idea?
ERROR [00000] [QODBC] Error: 3310 - Failed to save the Time Tracking transaction. The employee "83F0000-1179257008" provided in the TimeTrackingAdd request has the checkbox "Use time data to create paychecks" set to the Unknown state. |

Because you are an QuickBooks Enterprise user, contact Intuit support directly for clarification on why you are getting a "Use time data to create paychecks" set to the Unknown state error. I would also try to "Enter Time" manually using the QuickBooks UI for these new employees as the error should also occur. |
