I am using the QODBC driver that comes with QBES 6.0  for the first time.  When linking my customer table to my MS Access application, a dialog comes up about optimization.  ( I have about 5000 customers).  I've seen other treads that talk about turning a feature off in the setup.  How would one go about doing this if it gets installed with quickbooks and does not have a setup?

Thanks

The QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 6.0 product includes a QODBC Driver for QuickBooks; this will enable read-only access to the QuickBooks data using standard SQL queries, which QODBC converts to QuickBooks SDK queries.

To update QODBC to the latest full version with all the setup options, click on the download button, save the download file to disk and install over the top of your current QODBC installation (do not uninstall QODBC unless directed to do so by a support member) :-

Then see: How do I setup the QODBC Optimizer? Where are the Optimizer options?

You however always remain licensed to the year of QuickBooks that you brought QODBC, ie: QODBC v4 to QuickBooks 2004, QODBC v5 to QuickBooks 2005, QODBC v6 to QuickBooks 2006, QODBC v7 for QuickBooks 2007 and so on.
