I have a few customers with the customer VAT code set, but the field IsUsingCustomerTaxCode is always appearing as 0 (no), and the fields TaxCodeRefListID and TaxCodeRefFullName as empty when I feed them to Access. Bug?

The fields TaxCodeRefListID and TaxCodeRefFullName are derived from the fields SalesTaxCodeRefListID and SalesTaxCodeRefFullName in the USA versions of QuickBooks. The QuickBooks versions for Canada, UK and Australia all have different GST/VAT/ABN fields in the Customer entry screen, and while the SDK versions outside USA all use TaxCodeRefListID and TaxCodeRefFullName, you won't find any values in the columns.

The main problem is that in USA Intuit has the qbXML SDK on revision 6, while the rest of the would is still on revision 3, meaning nothing has been fixed for three years now. Sorry.
