Hi,
We are trying to update an custom field sales order programatically using QODBC. We are getting the following error saying that the sales order is locked by another user. Actually the sales order not edited by any other user using QuikBooks. But still we are getting this error frequently which is causing confusion for the operators.

| You forgot to give me the actual SQL Statement you are running here, but basically QuickBooks is saying the customer is being edited by another QuickBooks user or session. |

Here is my update query :
update salesorderline set FOB = 'download' WHERE TxnId = '[transaction id]' AND SalesOrderLineTxnLineId = '[transaction id]'
Can you help us why the sales order record is locked by QuikBooks ?

| Make sure everyone is logged off QuickBooks and try again. You might have to reboot to clear a crashed QODBC session. |
