DCOM Server Not working |

I have been running the IBiz Integrator for QuickBooks to access my QB data through Internet Explorer or Firefox from remote computers through Apache/PHP. It has proven to be very unstable. It works fine for a couple of days and then quits working until I restart my Apache/Php server. I've been informed that I needed to switch from using the IBiz Integrator to using the DCOM servers.
I am trying to get the DCOM server to work. I have been able to get the permissions set up and I have run the test file (TestDCOM.php). It has run successfully with the following result.
QODBC PHP DCOM Access Test Page
QB2002 | QB2003 | QB2004 | DCOM | COM | Object Name | Status |

As you can see, the test file says that the DCOM elements are working.
I am now trying to use my PHP code to access my QB data in the same way that I did with the IBiz Integrator, but using DCOM. So far, the PHP scripts are not working.
This is the error I get: "[QODBC] QB Begin Session Failed. Error = 80040408, Could not start QuickBooks."
Using IBiz Integrator, I could get a connection to my data, but it was unstable. Now, switching over to DCOM, I can't get anything to work.
I would also add that I am new to using something like DCOM. I'm simply following the instructions that I've been given. ( How do I manually setup the QODBC DCOM Servers on Windows XP Pro and Windows 2003 Server?, How can I see QuickBooks data in a Internet Explorer Browser using Windows XP?)
Thanks for any help you can give me.
