In running a simple make table query for employee's hired in 2006, SELECT Employee.*, * INTO [employees 2006]
FROM Employee WHERE (((Employee.IsActive)=Yes)); I noticed the sex of every employee was the reverse of the data entered in Quickbooks. Can you explain why this is happening and what is it's significance? |

You are correct, using QODBC with the Australian version of QuickBooks does show the gender reversed:
However it's correct using the USA version of QuickBooks:
There appears to be a reversal in the qbXML SDK 3.0 used in the Australian version of QuickBooks. The problem has been reported to the QODBC Software Engineer under Ticket No: BR00000056 for reversal. |
