Hi, i need to use a form from my  access db to display purchase order information that can then be used to create a purchase order in qb. I have the forms all set, can i use vba to do this or do i need to call a query to send the data based on the form, if this has to be a pass through query how do i base the oder on the form data like in a select query.

thanks for the reply, that info helps, i also found some info about using scripts instead of sql. i think thats what i need to use then loop through it for my records.
